Shipping policy

We currently deliver to Nabatieh and the surrounding areas in Lebanon.

Same-day delivery: choose your preferred delivery date and time window (morning, afternoon, or evening) at checkout, subject to availability. Orders placed earlier in the day have the best chance of same-day delivery.

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Delivery windows are estimates. They can occasionally shift due to weather, traffic, or high-demand periods such as Eid, Mother's Day, or Valentine's Day — we'll contact you if there's a delay.

Please make sure someone is available to receive fresh flower, chocolate, and coffee orders at the scheduled time, as these are perishable items.
